Hybrid Workouts {Why They're the Future}

It's not enough to do the same
washed up and outdated type
of training that you've been
copying out of magazines...
If you continue to do that over
and over again, you'll continue
to get the same half-@ss results!!!
If you're goal is to be able to match
up a high level of size and strength
with a body that looks like it was
carved out of granite, then you gotta
make sure you're ahead of the game!
After me, and as it turns out all of
my other most successful clients at
the Man Cave found out, that means
following a "Hybrid" style of training.
That way instead of focusing on just
one variable at a time (like bulking),
you will focus on an all out blitz for size,
strength, and conditioning at the same
time!
The fact is, the rules of training have
changed dramatically over the years...
And to make matters even worse is
the fact that now science has proven
that a ton of us lifters aren't even getting
the results that our hard work SHOULD
BE giving us...
We're literally leaving results on the table
that we're supposed to be getting!!!
And believe it or not, it has nothing to do
with our age, experience, or genetics at all.
