Call me crazy for saying that but it's
100% true, and I'll tell you exactly
why, and how you can unlock those
gains (while getting Jacked too), in

See for years I'd be real up and down
with the progress I was making with
my Bench Press.
And the deeper I got into my lifting career
the more rare it became for me to have any
real "breakthroughs" in size or strength...
My low point came when I was stuck on
the same weight (365 lbs....I'll never forget)
for over 3 years.
Not only that, but all growth in my chest,
shoulders, and triceps virtually came to a
grinding halt!
Pair that up with the fact that I could never
seem to get a good pump going and was
always experiencing aching pains when
I was benching, and I knew the bench
was becoming a ticking time bomb for me.
Instead of giving up on it thought I went
to the drawing board.
And for me, that means going to the best
coaches money can buy and getting them
to "fix" what was "broken"...
For me that meant flying up to Columbus, OH
and getting world renowned powerlifting coach
Dave Tate (you might have seen some of his
articles in Mens Fitness or Muscle & Fitness)
to get to the bottom of the problems I had.
BEST decision I've ever made!
After dissecting my form and giving me
what I call his "Cheat Codes" he uses on
his professional competitive lifters, I felt
something I never felt before...
I warmed up and got to my current max
at the time (365 lbs.) and blew past it.
It didn't just feel easy though...it felt painless!
Moving past that weight was a little scary
since I'd been stuck there for some time,
but I made the jump to 385 lbs.
Again he gave me another little pointer,
and again I put the weight up like it was
nothing!
At this point I had a pretty big pump
and my confidence that had been lost
for so long was completely restored.
I decided for the next attempt it was
time to go big or go home.
I threw 4 caddies on each side and got
dialed in for a weight that I NEVER
thought I'd be able to get (atleast not
without a spotter helping me)...
What happened next completely
blew my mind, and will do the
