Now, yesterday I got a pretty interesting
question from a new client that might be

really be? I mean you simply grab the weight
and push it up. Right?"

be able to lift myself out of this rut, I was
utterly stunned to hear what I did...
Turns out that the exercises, sets, and
reps for all of the exercises I'd been
doing weren't the problem.
The problem was in my execution
of the bench itself!
After cleaning this up I IMMEDIATELY
saw a 12% increase in my max (gains I
hadn't got that fast since I first started
hitting the weights when I was 14)...
And the craziness didn't stop there.
I took these tricks back to the gym with
me and plugged them into all of my clients
benchs on the next max out day and was
amazed to see that they had the same gains
that I experienced earlier.
