My #1 Training Commandment

You hear them all the time...
"Go big or go home"
"Pain is weakness leaving the body"
"No pain no gain"
The thing is, a lot of those if you think
of them are complete TRASH!
If you want to kill it in the gym, this needs
to be in the back of your mind and on the
tip of your tongue at all times:
"Work Smarter AND Harder"
See it's not enough just to just train with
an intelligently crafted workout plan...
...or just simply bust your balls and run
through walls with just some generic,
run of the mill one.

your training, then you have to balance both!
