I admit it...
I used to blame all of my problems
in the gym on the crappy genetics
I was dealt.
It was pretty easy for me to do so
too…
See, I grew up the chubby unathletic
kid that found it impossible to put on
muscle AND burn off fat.
The worst of both worlds!
And let me tell you, being a hardgainer
that was a little chub did no favors for
my social life either.
I might as well have been invisible, because
none of the chicks that I was interested in
would give me so much as a first look (let
alone a second).
Not that that would have mattered though.
Cuz let's face it, I didn't have the balls to
talk with them or spit any game anyway.

That all changed when I finally sacked up and
