These Exercises are Wasting Your Time

You've probably done them before...
Hell, you're probably still doing them!
I'm talking about Cable Exercises and
Machine Exercises.
And although they do a decent job of
isolating certain muscle groups, they
do an awful job of activating them.
That's cool if you don't mind waiting
longer to:
~Build More Muscle
~Burn More Fat
~Develop More Strength
I'm not the waiting type though, and I don't
think you are either.
So if your routines still have these exercises
in them, then you need to watch and see how
ditching "isolation" work for "activation"work
will be the big change up you need in order
to transform into a human ass-kicking machine!
