Ripped Abs WITHOUT Cardio

What do I think about doing cardio
to get ripped???
 
F*#K Cardio!!! That's what I think!

Seriously though, you gotta stop buying
into the nonsense that all of these fitness
magazines are feeding you about it.
 
They'll tell you that by doing it immediately
when you wake up (on an empty stomach), 
and right after your lifting routine, is what 
allows you to burn fat and get ripped...
 
You know what SCIENCE says?
 
That's a bunch of Bullsh*t!!!!
 
Here's what REALLY happens when you 
do cardio like that:
 
1) Your body breaks down existing muscle fiber
to produce ATP so that it can be fueled through 
the rest of the workout
 
2) Because of that, your body burns off muscle
instead of the fat you're trying to burn
 
3) And because of that, your bodies metabolism
slows down so that you DON'T get the ripped
6-Pack you want!!!
 
PLUS, an insanely high level of Cortisol gets
sent through your body that makes you actually
store fat instead of burn it off.
