BEST Rep Range For Muscle Growth

I fielded a great question yesterday  
on my YouTube Channel  about the
absolute BEST rep range to follow
in order to build more dense and 
dominant muscle...
 
There's more to the answer to that 
question than just a few numbers
though...
 
The simple answer is that following
a range of 8-15 reps is the best to follow
if you want to do build more muscular
size and density...
 
But all of my top clients know that's
only the beginning of the story.
 
There's one key ingredient that you need
to address in addition to that before you 
can start to see serious gains in your muscular 
growth.
 
It's a principle called "Time Under Tension"...
 
In a nut shell, it simply means that within those
8-15 reps you're doing, there needs to be enough
stress and tension put on your muscle fibers to 
FORCE it to grow. 
 
So if your program is calling for you to do
12 reps, but you choose a weight that you 
could have done 2 reps on, you shouldn't
expect to gain an ounce.
 
It goes back to what Arnold Schwarzenegger 
used to say: "you have to burn to grow"...
 
But even following that principle won't do the
job if you don't get your workouts most important  
task for growth & strength gains under control.
 
I'm talking about "waking up" and "activating"
the muscle fibers that are responsible for you
growing and getting that JACKED body that
you bust ass for on a daily basis.
