I got a question yesterday on the
Team Swole Patrol Facebook page
asking a very common question...
 
"How do I get my abs to show FAST???"
 
HAHA!
 
Looks like someone's wanting to throw
out some strong lady nectar when they 
hit the beach! LOL!!!
 
If you're not one of the over 12,000+ members 
of our "extreme transformation club", my answer
might surprise you. 
 
Atleast it did for clients of mine like Dr. Matt Tufts...
 
See the stress and rising cortisol levels from 
med school did a number on his body, and 
he came to me with one simple request...
 
Get him a body that he could feel confident 
about, and especially land a set of ripped up
and shredded abs.
 
When I told him my vision for how we'd do it, 
what he could expect, and how quickly he could 
expect it, he looked at me like I had 3 heads...
 
I told him straight up that not only would we get 
him tightened up with a ripped up 6-pack in less 
than 12 weeks, but do so without a single sit-up
while building serious muscularity throughout his
entire body as well...
 
How?
 
By using a three point that hasn't failed me or 
any of my clients yet!
 
1) Create a small caloric deficit inside your body
    (300-500 calories is ideal) so you'll be lean
     enough for your abs to show. This means 
     simply burning 300-500 more calories than
     you consume...
 
***WARNING: too much of a daily caloric deficit 
will actually cause your body to go into survival
mode and will trigger your body into storing body
fat instead of burning it***
 
 2) Focus on increasing maximal strength in your
     "Core Four" lifts (Squats, Deadlifts, Bench Press, 
     & Military Press) so you can trigger larger releases
     in muscle building and fat-burning anabolic hormones 
     like HGH & Testosterone
 
***Remember, muscle burns a TON of fat even while
you're just sitting around doing absolutely nothin'. So
build as much as possible so you can get that ripped 
athletic look that'll give you the edge to kick more ass
in all avenues of life***
     
  3) Do specialized high intensity circuits using
      compound exercises to rev up your metabolism
      instead of traditional cardio that only further raises
      the fat storing hormone "cortisol"...
