Now onto todays quick bench tip:
Nailing big and bar bending Bench Press is
a great way to tip the anabolic hormones that
are responsible for getting you Jacked 'n Ripped
into your favor...
But if you aren't recruiting enough muscle
fibers, you'll get sh*t stomped on weights
that you SHOULD be putting up easily...
AND you'll limit the amount of growth
and muscularity you can add with it.
There's one trick I love using to kickstart
my body for bar bending bench press
attempts that never let's me down...
Just take a med ball that weights in between
5 lbs. - 12 lbs, find a solid concrete wall in
your gym, and chest toss the ball into the wall
as hard as you can for 5-10 reps...
Do this for 3-5 sets right before you start your
bench portion of the day, and you'll be amazed
at how much more EXPLOSIVE you'll be on
every rep...even the heaviest of them!!!
