3 Steps for MORE MUSCLE

I don't care how you spin it, 
win it comes to you building
more muscle, you gotta do
3 simple things...
 
Lets count em down for you
right here:
 
1) You gotta make sure you train using 
the right level of intensity (100% intensity-
what Kanye would refer to as "H.A.M."),
and with the right rep range (10-15 reps)...
 
And for God's sake, make sure you're
at damn near complete failure on the last
rep of each set...remember, you gotta go 
H.A.M. if you wanna force growth!!!
 
2) You gotta make sure you're recovering
from the beat-down you put your body 
through in the gym...
 
That means 8-10 hrs. of QUALITY sleep 
per night, and 'active recovery' workouts 
on your "days off"...
 
And...
 
3) You gotta make sure you've got a diet
that fuels your workouts, your recovery,
and the ability to get your body to pump 
out huge amounts of Growth Hormone...
