The "Fat Chick Abs Workout"

Every Wednesday is my "abs" day
whenever I hit the gym...
 
But unlike what you might think,
I'm not gonna do what I call the 
"Fat Chick" routine...

Step 1: Do Sit-Ups til you're blue

Step 2: Do Crunches til you're ready 
to puke out your guts (and/or balls)
 
Step 3: Do Leg Lifts til your lower
abs and even your legs are damn near
NUMB!!!
 
Step 4: Do 30 minutes to an hour of 
cardio on a treadmill or stair climber
 
This is NOT what you wanna do if 
you're trying to get those show stopping
