Why I'll NEVER Do "Cardio" Again...

I bet you think doing cardio right
after your workouts or right when
you wake up in the morning is what
you're supposed to do to get ripped...
Wrong.
WAY WRONG!!!
Don't feel embarrassed though.
Hell, that's what I thought for years
before I knew better!
After all, every bodybuilder in every
magazine that had the same JACKED
and RIPPED body type I wanted was
telling me that's what I had to do...
Flash forward to today, and I know that
all 'cardio' is good for is:
~Killing Your Strength Gains
~Burning Up Your Muscle Mass
~Suppressing Your Testosterone Levels
~Spiking Your Cortisol Levels
And let's be real, cardio is as much fun
as getting kicked in the balls 100 times
by a kickboxer wearing steel toed boots!!!
Here are the cold hard facts that are backed
by countless new studies...
If your goal is to burn fat, while maintaining all
of your hard earned muscle and strength, then
you absolutely MUST stop doing cardio!!!
Instead, focus on boosting your bodies
Anabolic Hormones, while making sure
that your Catabolic Hormone levels stay
as low as possible...
