Isolation vs. Compound Exercises [Best For Muscularity]

I don't know about you, but when
I first started hitting the weights my
inspiration for lifting was all of the
old-school bodybuilders...
Guys like Arnold Schwarzenegger,
Lou Ferrigno, Frank Zane, & Franco
Columbo...these guys were both huge
and ripped, while being strong as hell!!!
By the way, you know you're a complete
meathead when you can spell Arnolds' last
name without running a spell check (lol!!!)
I trained like them, I read all of their old
training articles, and I studied Arnolds
Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding like I
was going to be tested on it!!!
