Tough Superset w/ HUGE Pump

I've got a challenge for you
bro!
 
It's tough as nails and might make 
you want to strangle me after you 
get done with it, but I think deep 
down you're the crazy type that'll
be up for it!!!
 
So what is it?
 
Well, yesterday I plugged in one of
my all time favorite types of "training
intensifiers" to my conditioning workout
called a "Ladder Set"...
 
And to show you that I'm not just some 
all talk and no walk pussy, I decided to 
throw it up on YouTube to explain how 
you can plug them in to your workouts,
plus how you should do them...

The result?
 
Just like I did, you'll get a sick pump 
that will last for hours...
 
Your metabolism will get revved up 
so that your body will isolate body fat 
instead of muscle to burn off for energy...
 
And you'll strengthen the "weak point"
muscles that need to be fortified for a 
bigger bench press...
 
Beats the hell out of doing 30-60 minutes
of cardio on a treadmill or elliptical doesn't 
it?! More badass too!!!
 
Anyway, I did it, survived, and now I'm gonna 
go throw a few steaks on the grille and get become
more ANABOLIC!
