It's the weekend, so I'll be fast
with you today...
One of the BIGGEST mistakes I see
guys make in the gym is not testing
themselves.
Literally!
They don't test their progress, and retest
later on to see if what they've been doing
is getting them anywhere!!!
Assessment, is the backbone of progress
because it doesn't just let you know how
you're stacking up, but also pushes you
harder when you have a benchmark to
chase and break.

the most BADASS of lifters have reached
