Deadlift More Now: "Monkey Foot Trick"

If you're trying to build as much
size, width, & density in your back
as you possibly can...you GOTTA
start prioritizing your deadlift!!!
And one of the tricks I absolutely
LOVE is one I got from my good
friend Brian Carroll that I call the
"Monkey Foot" trick...
What the trick calls for you to do is
get your feet set and tell yourself to
"grip" the ground as if you were to
crunch your toes and heels together.
After that it's a matter of pushing those
knees out to better recruit your ass &
hammies, while driving your heels
through the ground...
What the "monkey foot" trick does is allow
you to better solidify your stance so that you
can stay tighter and apply more force through
your heels, and recruit more muscle fibers from
head to toe..
And as you know when you can recruit more
muscle fibers, your strength and size gains will
increase IMMEDIATELY!!!
And speaking of lifting tricks...

all of my squat & bench press tricks as well at
