keep you on the right track, and allow 
you to build the 'superhero physique'
that has 'superhero powers' is staying
focused on what works...
 
Sounds ridiculous I know, but you have
to keep your eyes on the prize and focus
on MASTERING the tasks that have been
proven to systematically get you the fast
and badass results for my guys, and the
top lifters worldwide...

We're bombarded daily by the new big trends

miracle cures for training plateaus...
