What Everyone With a HUGE Deadlift Won't Tell You...
Published: Sat, 08/23/14
Scary Explosive...
Dense...
Wide...
Muscular...
Powerful...
These are all words to describe every lifter
out there who can deadlift freakish weights
like they're nothing!!!
They weren't born that way though!
They developed that strength & size that
comes with it by not just training their
asses off, but more importantly training
smart...
And what many of them that can deadlift
2 or even 3 times their bodyweight won't
tell you is that to build up this major muscle
building lift, you gotta follow 2 basic rules...
1) Instead of burring yourself out with high
reps and volume that'll leave your nervous
system & joints fried, focus more on increasing
the strength of these "weak point" exercises that
will both build muscle and arm your body with
more bar bending maximal strength:
~ Sumo Deadlift
~Glute ham Raise
~Leg Curls
~Weighted Back Extension
~Box Squats
~Front Squats
~Leg Press
~Reverse Hypers
~RDL's
~Sled Drags
These like is aid won't just patch up the
structural faults, or "Leaks" in your deadlift,
but they'll build stacks of dense & ripped
muscle from head to toe...
But all of this won't account for sh*t unless
you master the second rule...
2) Become a Deadlift Jedi!!!
That's right...you gotta focus and dial in all
of the same form secrets that allow them to
recruit up to 30% more muscle fibers than
you do by using their same tricks...
That's only if you are looking to build up
your deadlift and increase muscle size,
width, and density though...
If you are...and haven't discovered these
tricks that will INSTANTLY increase the
number of muscle fibers you can recruit by
30% (atleast), then you're leaving gains on
the table.
Just make sure you let me know how much more
you lift after your first session.
So far the record increase that has been reported
to me is an added 55 lbs.
See if you can break it!!!
