"Filthy 5" For Bane-like Traps

There are some muscle groups that 
just won't seem to grow for some 
people...
 
And at the top of that list that I always 
get asked about are your "traps".
 
Those mountains that lay on top of your
shoulders that Tom Hardy blew everyones
minds with as Bane in The Dark Knight Rises...
 
And if you think that dumbbell and barbell
shrugs are your ticket to packing on monster 
like traps, you're dead wrong!
 
Wait...what?!
 
That's right I said it...shrugs are the most 
overrated trap exercises that you can do!!!
 
They work...but typically only for the type 
of guys that can look at a weight and gain
15 lbs of muscle!
 
If that's not you, then start doing this...
 
Ditch the shrugs and start plugging in and
prioritizing more of these exercises into your 
lifting routine:
 
~Deadlifts
~Clean & Press
~Farmers Walks (just carry heavy dumbbells around) 
~Rows (barbell, dumbbell, and inverted)
~Pull Up (all variations)

By paying more attention to these lifts, 
you'll force more muscle fiber activation
in the traps than shrugs can do, and thus 
force them to grow like crazy!!!
