Best Workout Split For Muscularity

One of the most common questions 
I get from guys that are just starting
to pound the weights is "what's the 
best workout split to follow?"...
 
That's honestly a tough question to
answer...but the simplest way that 
I always do is by telling them that
the best one to follow is the one
that proves to work for them!
 
Like many weight room newbies,
I cut my teeth and started out with
the standard bodybuilding split 
of one major body part a day.
 
I'd be lying if I told you I didn't see
any results with this split, but if I knew
then what I know now, I would've done
it completely different...
 
I would follow the same one that 
I do today: 
 
~Two Upper Body Days that focus on 
building maximal strength in the bench... 
 
~Two Lower Body Days that focus on 
building maximal strength in both the 
squat and the deadlift...
 
~And 1-2 Days that focus on high intensity
'metabolic conditioning' to help increase muscular 
endurance, muscularity, and the strength of the 
weak points that show up in my bench, squat, 
and deadlift. 
 
See by doing that I discovered that it helped
all of my new clients to IMMEDIATELY 
recruit more of the muscle fibers that need
to be stimulated for both growth and fat- 
burning (the way to increase muscularity)...
 
And the best part was, although many of the 
new guys that came in had only been using
a small fraction of the muscle fibers responsible
for building a more dense and muscular physique,
by using this split and teaching them how to more
effectively use what they'd built up to that point,
we were able to get them far better & faster results!
