6-pack by using "cardio" at the end of 
your lifting routine, or right when you

Here are the facts about getting a six pack

One, you need to have a low enough 
body fat percentage to get one...
 
Two, you do NOT have to do a single 
crunch, sit up, plank, or leg lift for them

1) Supersets: Whether it's a "push-pull"
superset (i.e.: Dumbbell bench ---> pull ups), 
or one of your other favorites, using these will
give you an insane pump while driving your
heart-rate through the roof!
 
And by getting that heart rate up (and keeping 
it there throughout your workout), you'll cause

2) Drop-Sets: Talk about a gut check! Doing

Just plug these training intensifiers in after
your main lift of the day, and watch how 
much faster you burn fat and increase your
muscularity than "cardio"!!!
 
Remember though, to get that more etched
out and carved up look in your abs, you still
need to learn to activate them during all of 
your workouts.
