Build 30% More Muscle Using _____.

You hear me talking all the time
about "why" it's important for you
to "Prime" your body so that you
can get faster & MORE muscle gains...
But what exactly does that mean???
Let me break it down for you...
If you were to get your full nerd on
and look up "prime" in the dictionary,
here's what you'd find:
Prime: to make something of optimal
use; to prepare; to inject extra fuel into a
mass with intent to initiate more action...
See if you break down that definition,
you'll notice that that's EXACTLY
what you want to do in order to initiate
Problem is, I don't see anybody in the gym
doing it!!!
And if you aren't doing it, it's prevented you
from building as much as 30% of the muscle
you COULD have gained by now....
Think about that for a second...
This is muscle you not just could have
gained, but really SHOULD have gained.
That's a tough pill to swallow, but the best
thing about "priming" is that when you do
it, you'll immediately flip the script and start
recruiting more of the muscle fibers for growth
that right now you simply aren't...

more muscle, then you have to wake up
all of the muscle fibers that you haven't
been using."
