This Lift Makes You Bigger AND More Explosive

top 17 most anabolic exercises
and why they're so important for
you to do if you're looking to go
full 'BEAST MODE'...
Well there's one in particular I want
you to start really dialing in (if your
goal is build more muscular size and
density while becoming as explosive
as dynamite).
It's the deadlift...
The grandaddy of them all!
No other lift will drag your body through
the ringer and cause more growth from
head-to-toe than the deadlift!

Why?
Because no other lift forces your body
to recruit more muscle fibers, and doing
this is CRUCIAL to you building more
of the explosive muscle that you're looking
to build all over your body.

deadlift:
