The "Freshman 15" Ladies Love...

gained the "Freshman 15"....
No not that freshman 15 that climbs
on because of college newbs spending
too much time at the buffet and doing
one too many 12 oz. Natty Light curls.
And not the type that the dude who's
typically got a higher blood alcohol
level than a Grade Point Average...
I'm talking about the type that'll actually
make you a BADASS that attracts the
ladies instead of sending them running
the other way (or god forbid some other
doucher that you can't stand)...
Justin "Wild Boy" Wilcox was a prime
example of the big difference in the two...

Within the first semester he put on
15 lbs of muscle...the EASY way!!!
No not with a steroid sandwich...
He put in work!
And not just hard work...more importantly,
he put in what I call "Smart Work"...
by using
these simple rules that help to maximize your
bodies "true" muscle building potential:
1) Start every single workout with this
2) Do explosive plyometric exercises like
box jumps, clapping push-ups, and med-
ball throws before heavy lifting to better
prime your Nervous System so that you can
recruit more muscle fibers & lift more weight
3) Lift heavy at least once a week on the squat,
bench press, & deadlift to maximize your bodies
release of its NATURAL steroids (Testosterone)
4) Use high intensity strength circuits & supersets
to recruit the most amount of muscle fibers possible
in the least amount of time (this is what makes you
capable of putting on tons of muscle FAST)
5) Minimize your rest in between those circuits
& supersets so that your bodies fat burning
furnace can turn all of that new dominant
muscle you're gonna build will be the more
ripped & shredded type.
These are rules that will work to build a lot
of muscle fast & over along period of time...
But if you want the trick to setting off these results
so that you can get the BEST POSSIBLE GAINS
