3 Rules For HUGE Pumps & Faster Growth

One of Arnold Schwarzenegger's
favorite sayings in terms of how he
liked to FORCE his body into growth
goes something like this:
"You Gotta PUMP to Grow..."
What he means is that while working
out, you have to force a ton of blood
flow throughout your muscles in order
for muscular growth to be stimulated...
And he's spot on with that theory too!
Here's why, and how you can start to get
like KING KONG on every one of your
workouts (starting right now):
1) To get a big pump going, one that makes
you feel like your muscles are so tight & swole
that they're going to pop out of your skin, you
have to recruit a ton of muscle fibers and put
them to work for multiple reps and sets.
The stress and tension these muscle fibers
experience over time leads to, you guessed
it, more muscular growth (SCORE!!!)
2) When you do the right exercises with
the right intensity to get you that HULK
like pump, your heart is going to be pounding
away and sending nutrient rich blood to your
muscles that help them to repair, regenerate,
and GROW BIGGER!!!
You just gotta make sure your diet is loaded
with nutrient rich foods your muscles are
hungry for.
3) That volume (the number of sets and reps that
you're doing with those 'right exercises') that is
required for you to get those big pumps, also falls
into the same zone that your body best produces
Testosterone from.
And you know what Testosterone means...
