Your Daily Muscle Building Checklist

Hey dude hopefully I caught you
before you head off for the gym
today.
I've got a little checklist for you
to run through that I think will
help you a TON with your workouts
from this point on...
I've taught all of my most successful
clients to run through this exact list
before they touch a weight and they
all said it really dials them in..
See from day one they're always taught
that there are "4 Tiers" of Training that
every successful program has.
And addressing each during your daily
workouts will have you building muscle
faster than you ever have before (even if
you're a hardgainer)...
1) Dynamic Warm Up that activates all
of your muscle fibers (#1 most important
thing on your 'to do list' for growth)...
2) Plyometric exercise to prime your
central nervous system & ignite the
bodies ability to contract muscle more
explosively...
3) Heavy Strength-Based lift to 'stress' the
most amount of muscle fibers & stimulate
more of the anabolic hormones your body
needs to release for faster growth...
4) High Intensity Circuits that address your
bodies weak-points to boost maximal strength
in your 'anabolic lifts', and increase your metabolic
rate so that the muscle you put on is shredded
instead of bulky.
