Upper Chest Bench Variation (Tougher Than It Looks)

Hey man just wanted to shoot you
over a quick video before I head 
over to Starbucks and work on
something KILLER for you!
 
I'll share more about that later,
but for right now I just wanted
to show you an exercise that's 
really been helping me and some
of my private clients build a ton 
of size in the upper chest region,
while also increasing explosiveness...
 
Here's the video:
  
 
Just cycle these in once every 4-6 weeks, 
or every other time you do the incline bench,
and you'll see a big difference in upper chest
size and how explosive you are while benching.
