I admit it, I used to be completely
and utterly hopeless and lost in the
gym...
Yea I had my dreams, goals, and
aspirations about what I wanted
to see in the mirror. And I even
was a pretty hard worker.
But where I fell far too short was in
the "How" and "What" department
of what I was doing.
I thought I could just take those workouts
I saw in Men's Fitness Magazine to the gym
with me and miraculously transform into the
beast that I saw on the adjacent page of the
article that I got the workout from...
BIG MISTAKE!
And it's a mistake I bet you're making too...
Here's what turned things around for me

The "How" is simply not lifting with 100% of
your true strength or muscle building potential...
Once you discover all of the "Cheat Codes" that

the game for you...
The "What" is simply the program you're going
into the gym with and banging out...
