#1 Bench Press KILLER

I gotta admit...I'm a straight up
knuckle dragging, red meat eating,
and cutoff shirt wearing meathead!
And I'm sure that because that's the case,
it's probably no surprise to you that my
favorite exercise is the bench press.
That's not to say that I don't get amped
whenever I hit the gym for a big squat
or deadlift day...
...but nothing gets my juices flowing like
going to town on a heavy set of bench
presses!!!
No other lift will build more size and
density in your chest, shoulders, and
triceps, while making you as explosive
as a stick of dynamite as the bench can!
That's not the case for 99% of guys I see
benching at the gym though...
Not only are they wrecking their shoulders,
they're more importantly wrecking their max,
and muscle building potential with it!
And the #1 reason is pretty simple...
They aren't using the simple bench tricks
that every Bodybuilder & record holding
powerlifter in the world have used for years
to build freakish size while putting up insane
bar bending weights!

will instantly add 30 lb. to your bench

P.S. When I first learned these tricks, my bench
