The "Tempo-Rule" for MASSIVE Muscle Growth

effective tip for you today that will
help you build STACKS of dense
hard muscle from this point on...
"Go SLOWER on the way down"...
The 'Negative', or eccentric portion
of the lift, is the lowering part of the
lift that is responsible for up to 2.5X
more muscle growth.
From now on try this "muscle maximizing"
trick that a ton of Old-School Bodybuilders
used to use...
Instead of just lowering the weight
you're lifting quickly and rushing
into the next rep, follow this tempo:
During the actual lift (the concentric part),
I want you to lift it as fast and explosively
as you can while being under control...
....but when you lower it (the eccentric),
take a good 2-3 seconds.
Fast...then SLOOOOOOW....
Doesn't sound like much but it'll torch
whatever muscle group you're using it
on, get you wicked sore, and develop
extreme size and density wicked fast!
And if you want to add to that muscle
building potential, the simplest rule to
follow is to be able to recruit MORE
muscle fibers.
