Top 17 Muscle Blasting Exercises

a few months back that help a TON of guys
out (so I've been told;)

When it comes to building muscle,
the name of the game is the good 
'ole fashioned K.I.S.S. principle...
 
If you aren't familiar with that, it's 
a saying my dad had that states you
should just "Keep ISimple, Stupid!"
 
And what that means for you is to use
the "simple" movements that will recruit
the most amount of muscle fibers.
 
Notice a trend here? 
 
More muscle fiber stress & activation 
means more muscle growth for you...
 
Here's my top anabolic (muscle building)
exercises that you need to focus on if you
wanna build more dominant size & strength:
 
Lower Body
 
~Front Squat
~Back Squat
~Box Squat
~Belt Squat
~Conventional Deadlift
~Sumo Deadlift
~Trap Bar Deadlift
~Suitcase Deadlift
~Lunge (barbell or dumbbell)
~Step-Up (barbell or dumbbell)  
 
Upper Body
 
~Barbell Bench Press
~Barbell Overhead Press (standing)
~Barbell Military Press
~Barbell Floor Press
~Barbell Row
~Weighted Pull Ups
~Farmers Walks 
 
Doing these will allow you to recruit
more muscle fibers in your workouts,
but there's a big "if" in there that I'm
willing to bet my left nut you're not 
addressing.
 
And right now, it's one that is not 
allowing you to build ANY of the 
muscle that you could or should be...
 
...even with those more anabolic 
exercises dominating your exercises!!!
 
The reason?
 
Every time you go into the gym with
the intention of getting your swole on,
you've got about 30% of your bodies
muscle fibers that are "asleep" and will
never get used.
 
Here's the fastest way to wake these "lazy"
