If you're like practically every dude out 
there pounding away on the weights, 
around this time of year you're trying 
to build as much muscle as you can...
 
And why not?
 
It isn't beach season anymore so you
can focus on building as much mass
as possible before chiseling it down 
in the spring.
 
If you're genes suck the big one like mine
did, then you know how hard it can be.
 
Here are 3 rules you should follow to make 
it a whole helluva lot easier though!
 
   1) Build as much strength as you possibly
       can in the Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift,
       Military Press (standing, not sitting), and
       Weighted Pull-Ups...
 
       Doing this helps to stimulate the most amount
       of muscle fibers and releases tidal waves of both
       Testosterone & HGH for muscle growth.

   2) Consume more calories than you burn off...
 
       This gives you the abundance of quality nutrients
       your beaten and battered muscles are starving for
       in order to grow.
 
      Just make sure they're the RIGHT foods, otherwise
      you not only won't build muscle...you'll LOSE it!!!
 
   3) Stick with the "hypertrophy" rep range (8-15 reps)
       while using compound exercises that increase the 
       strength of the weak points that show up in your 
       main lifts...
  
       Doing that is what lays the ground work for your
       muscles to be able to grow bigger and more dense.
