weekend that will help you build muscle

How does it build muscle so fast?
 
Well, it's got 3 different variations of this badass
magical exercise called the "Squat" that does a 
fantastic job of covering the 2 most important 
bases for growth:
 
1) Recruits a TON of muscle fibers...
 
and
 
2) Helps to release more of the anabolic hormones
    Testosterone that your needs to stimulate growth...
 
Of course those dudes that look like human 
light bulbs don't know anything about that!
 
If you're serious about building more dense,
dominant, ripped, and EXPLOSIVE muscle,
don't skip leg day and definitely don't skip the
squat!!!
