4 WORST Exercises You're Doing Right Now

I'm not afraid these days to admit
that my workouts used to flat out
SUCK!
 
No matter what I did, and how hard
I busted my balls, I was never happy
with the results I was getting...
 
That feeling blows, and I know you 
know how helpless that makes you

See I would always go balls to the wall,
just like I'm sure you're doing, but the 
"guts and substance" of my workouts 
were absolute TRASH!
 
And it started with these 4 exercises
that literally EVERY bodybuilding
magazine I'd religiously read told 
me I had to do to build a more dense 
and ripped physique I was busting 
ass for...
 
NEVER DO THESE!!!
 
1) Leg Extensions: They'll rip your
patella to shreds before they give you
that 'tear drop' look in your quads! 
 
My advice, save your knees by avoiding
these like a dirty chick in a dark alley!
 
2) Dumbbell Fly's: The ratio of damage 
they do to your anterior deltoids & pec 
minor compared to the gains you get in 
size and muscularity you get from them make
this a no brainer...scratch 'em!   
 
3) Behind The Neck Press: Yea, these are 
about as good for you as stabbing yourself 
with a sharp knife in the posterior delts & traps. 
 
As a matter of fact,  do them enough and you'll 
be forced to go under the knife and get a shoulder
replacement surgery that'll have you out of the gym
for at least a year!
 
4) Behind The Neck Pull Ups: Remember hearing
about how these are the best way to get wider lats?
 
Yea, that's a big fat lie!!!
 
These will have the same dismal outcome as the
B.T.N. Press too...
 
It's best just to stay away from 'em all together!
